Signs Series Recap
We've been in a series that we've called Signs, Signs Everywhere Are Signs for the last two Sundays. We're going to be in it again today. A couple of Sundays ago, we started that series off and the title of our message was the table is being set for peace. And in that message, we spoke about the fact that one sign we're seeing in the world is all the talk of peace and how there's even a talk of a board of peace for him. And we can see how the table is being set for peace. And specifically, we went to Daniel. Daniel 7 and Daniel 9 speak about the rise of the antichrist. It says he'll rise as a little horn and he'll rise and he'll make a covenant with many. And most believe that's with many world leaders. He'll make a promise of peace. But we know halfway through that seven-year period when the Antichrist makes that covenant, halfway through he'll break his promise and this world will enter the most awful time, the great tribulation. Praise God. We won't be here as believers. Praise God. God will have raptured us up. But when one sign we see in this world, we see how that table is being set for peace and we see how the things are getting in place and in place for the little horn to rise up. We need to be ready and living in a way that we know today could be the day, tomorrow could be the day living ready for the return of Christ to rapture his church.
Last Sunday in Matthew 24
Last Sunday we went to Matthew 24 which is the first chapter in the Olivet discourse. Olivet discourse covers Matthew 24 and Matthew 25. And the disciples they asked Jesus a question. They said tell us what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age? And in Matthew 24, there's several signs that the Lord gives that we spoke about last Sunday that are signs that point towards the Lord coming back. It was another reminder for us as believers living in this church age, living in these days right now that we need to be ready because the signs have happened. And we need to live in a way watching and ready and staying awake just like it says later in Matthew 24 because we don't know the hour. We need to be living in a way that we're ready today, this very moment. If the Lord were to take you back today and rapture you, how would you be living? Would you be living for Jesus? I don't know about y'all, but I want to be living for Jesus. Whenever that time comes, we need to be living for Jesus.
Today in 2 Timothy 3
Today, we continue in this series, signs, signs everywhere, signs, talking about the signs that we need to be ready because we see the signs that the Lord could return at any moment. Today, we're going to 2 Timothy 3. If you've got your Bibles, open up there. 2 Timothy 3 is one of the three pastoral epistles. You got 1 and 2 Timothy. And you've got Titus. We're going to be in 2 Timothy chapter 3. But here in 2 Timothy, Paul is writing under the inspiration of God to his protégé Timothy. Timothy was younger and Paul was a mentor to Timothy in the faith. And most people believe that 2 Timothy that Paul wrote it during his second Roman imprisonment while he was awaiting execution. And we know that Paul he was executed during the evil reign of Emperor Nero. And most believe that this would have been written likely around 64-65 AD somewhere in that range. But he's writing it to Timothy and he's writing it to Timothy to tell Timothy, hey, despite all that you see, all the ungodliness that you see, you need to be ready. You need to be ready. You need to hold firm in the faith and you need to preach the word of God. You need to be on guard against false teaching. But we're going to go there. We're going to go to 2 Timothy 3. And in the first five verses, that's where we're going to read from and springboard us into the message that God's put on my heart today. And you'll see in these first verses a lot of descriptions of how ungodly the world will be in the last days.
Scripture Reading: 2 Timothy 3:1-5
I do invite anybody and everybody that's able and that's willing that would like to join with me by standing in honor of the reading of the word of God. 2 Timothy chapter 3 beginning in verse one, the word of God says, "But know this that in the last days perilous times will come. For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers without self-control, brutal despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power and from such people turn away."
God, thank you for your word. And God, today as we dig into your word, I pray it penetrate our hearts. I pray you use it to mold us, to shape us more and more into your image, to help us to be more dedicated to you, Lord Jesus. And I do pray as we preach the word and as we worship you, God, if there's someone that needs to give their life to you, Jesus, today would be the day. We love you. It's in Jesus name we pray. Amen. Hey, go ahead and be seated.
We Are in the Last Days
Something that I think about as we read 2 Timothy 3 is the fact that we are in the last days. We are in the last days. And in fact, something else to remember when Paul was writing this to Timothy, he knew that they were in the last days. In the Bible in Acts 2:17, it says, "And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, that I will pour out of my spirit." The last days began when the Holy Spirit was poured out at Pentecost. And we are in the last days right now. These descriptions that we read about, we are seeing them. And we're seeing them more and more and more and more. God has poured out his Holy Spirit. We are in the last days. We don't know how long they will last, but we are in the last days. And guys, again, we need to live in a way knowing today the Lord could take us up. We need to have an urgency to live for Jesus.
Paul, he writes this to Timothy and he tells him in verse 14, "But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of." After he tells him all these ungodly characteristics that you'll see in the last days, he encourages Timothy to keep on in the faith. Paul doesn't know how much longer he would be there because he knew his execution was looming. So, he's challenging Timothy. Listen, you're going to see all these things in the last days. Keep pressing on in the faith.
Last Days Are Dangerous and Difficult
When we think about the fact that we are in the last days, something we need to understand is according to the word of God, knowing from the word of God, the last days are dangerous and they are difficult. It says in verse one, but know this that in the last days perilous times will come. That word perilous means dangerous. The ESV says, "But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty." Do you ever have times when you look around the world and you're just kind of discouraged because of how ungodly it is? Because that ungodliness leads to a lot of sin. It's a lot of sin. We see a lot of evil that we see a lot of wickedness and it can take place that we see it far away but we might see it on TV and hear about it on TV but it can also take place right in our own homes. It can take place right in our own neighborhoods. These times that we're in, they are difficult and we're told they're going to be.
Filled with Ungodliness
Why are they so difficult? They're one reason they're difficult is because the last days are filled with ungodliness. When we read 2 Timothy 3, those first five verses, Paul shares, I believe it's 19 different words packed into a few verses that describe how ungodly this world will get and will be in the last days. Do you ever look around and just say to yourself, "Man, this world is falling apart." Do you ever do that? Do you ever see and hear things that are going on and think to yourself, how in the world could somebody do that? We see it all the time. Sometimes we might kind of forget for a minute, but we don't have to think long before we think about, well, man, this thing just happened last week. And remember what happened about a month ago. And guys, listen, the grand trajectory of time, a week is not that long. We're in times that are ungodly, but it shouldn't surprise us because that's what we're told these days will be like. We are in the last days and they're hard and they're difficult because the world is getting more and more and more ungodly.
To me, another sign that we need to be ready, another sign that we're reminded that the Lord is coming back and he could come back and we need to be ready. He could come back anytime. Another sign is how ungodly this world is getting. I don't know about y'all, but to me, the world is getting more and more ungodly. Does anybody else see that in their lives? Now, I'm not saying there's not there are moments, praise God, of revival, and I'm praying to see revival. I'm praying to see multitudes saved. And I know God can do it. But in general, what the Bible points towards is this world will get more ungodly. That does not mean that God couldn't do some awesome things for people to get saved, but in the grand trajectory of things, this world is getting more ungodly because that's what God says will happen.
World More Ungodly Since Childhood
Think about when you were a child, and I know maybe we've got some young people that still are, but most of us have a few years on us. And maybe even if you're young, you could see differences in your lifetime. And I honestly, I think even the young people could see differences if they stop and think about some of the ways the world has changed since they've been young. But when you think about when you were young, have you seen how the world has gotten a lot more ungodly since you were young? There are countless examples of what I when I stop to think about this about how much the world has changed since I was a child. I'm almost 47 and man, I remember a way different, more godly world when I was a child than what I see now. Do y'all know what I mean? There has been a lot in a lot of the things that have changed towards ungodliness, a lot of what we notice too is if you try to stand up for God, you might be looked at like something's wrong with you.
Descriptions of Ungodliness
When we know this is totally against the word of God, but it shouldn't surprise us because this is what the Bible says will happen. One thing it says is men will be lovers of themselves, self-centered, more about self and much less about God. And it says boasters and proud. Those two words, boasters and proud make you think of being a lover of yourself, right? And boy, do we ever see and lovers of self, there's so much that goes into that. But first, when the world is getting more and more about themselves, what does that mean? They're getting less and less about loving God. And they're getting less and less about loving others. So love starts to be taken out of society.
What else? You know what else I think about that has broken down our society is how families break down and how when families break down it leads to a lot of struggles. And a lot of times that can be because people are loving themselves more than others. Sometimes we can be guilty of loving ourselves and not loving our spouse the way we need to or not loving our kids the way we need to. So you see these descriptions like that, lovers of themselves, boasters. Oh man, do you ever see that where people are all about, let me tell you how good I am. And we've probably all done it to some degree. But isn't it a blessing when you meet someone that's humble? That even though they're gifted, they're humble. Let all that we do, let it be to the glory of God. If we're going to boast, I think in Corinthians, it talks about if we're going to boast, boast about the Lord, right? But in this society we live in, you see the opposite. Proud. You see so many people that are so caught up in themselves, arrogant even. And when we get those ways, what are we getting away from? We're getting away from God. When we start to think we are that special and we love ourselves so much, we're not loving God the way we need to.
It says lovers of money. And when I think about lovers of money, I think about the scripture. The love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. It's not to say that someone couldn't have money and not love God, but you definitely better be careful that you don't start loving money and getting your love off of God. When I think about the love of money, I think about materialism. And boy, do we ever I can't remember the post I read. I think it was early this morning, and I don't remember everything that was in it, but it was basically a post that was shared about when my grandkids were kids, here's what they did. And it gave all these different examples. When my grandkids were kids, they made their own coffee. They didn't go and buy an $11 coffee and it was strong and you drank it or you didn't drink it. When my grandkids were kids, you know, they made their own food. They didn't go out and buy this and buy that. Sometimes we wonder how we don't have money, but we spend it, you know. When my grandkids were kids, nobody had a phone. Now everybody's got the new iPhone, right? The society's changed a lot, but people will become lovers of money. And when I think about lovers of money, again, just like lovers of self, what I think about is happening is we're taking our love away from God.
It says disobedient to parents. Do we ever see this? But in all honesty, we do. We see more and more of a culture where there's less and less respect for mom and dad and also less and less respect say for teachers. But you know what all that comes from? That comes from straying from God. That comes from not being believers. Our culture getting more and more ungodly and things like this start to break down. So it says disobedient to parents.
Then in verse four, we get four words that are the opposite of being a Christian. Unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving. I don't know if you know what I mean, but have you ever met somebody where they're being given stuff, they're being blessed with gifts, they're being blessed with money, and they just act like they just are entitled to it, and there's not a sense of, "Wow, thank you so much." Actually, there's more a sense of that's what I deserve. And that's the culture we're getting in more and more. We're seeing what it says will be in the last days. And in our own lifetimes, we're seeing it accelerate. Do you all agree? We're seeing it more and more.
Unholy. When I think about unholy, I think about not living for God. I think about living immorally and ungodly. We see it. Do we agree? And I will tell you this, I see it way more than I used to see it. More and more outright ungodly living with no remorse, not even feeling bad. Things that clearly go against the word of God without self-control is another description. We see so many that are just living in a state of living out of control. Without self-control. I think about without morals, without living, try having a sense of wanting to live for God.
It says slanderers. Boy, do we ever see people talking bad about people often times falsely. And watch this one. This one is such a sad thing, but it's such a description of what we see more and more. Lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God. In the world we live in, just what Paul said under the inspiration of God would happen in the last days is what we see. We see more and more people wanting to live for fleshly desires, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God. We see fewer and few people that really want to love God and live for God, but more and more people that just want to live it for fleshly desires, for sinful things, for ungodly things.
And it says in the last part, having a form of godliness, but denying its power. So, in the last days, these ungodly things that we'll see more and more of, it's not just of the lost. It's also of people that say they're a Christian. There's a lot of people that will say they're a Christian, but there's no evidence. When I hear that having a form of godliness, I think about how Jesus rebuked a lot of the religious leaders who were caught up in religion but not in Jesus. There's a lot of people that might look the part but aren't living the part. There's a lot of people that might appear and act like they're religious, but have they even given their life to Jesus? And that's between them and God. But having a form of godliness. When I think about that, I think about people who maybe claim to be a Christian, but there's no evidence of it in their life. Maybe they claim to be a Christian, but then they think you can believe in whatever you want to believe in to get to heaven. But there's only one way to heaven. Faith in Jesus.
Just yesterday was someone was saying to me, "Well, let me ask you this, pastor. Mother Teresa, if she didn't believe in Jesus, but she did all that good, don't you think she'd still go to heaven?" And I said, "No, none of us are that good. None of us are good enough to be made right before God. All of us are sinners. No, there's no way." Well, I just don't agree with that, pastor. I'm like, I'm sorry. I just I want to be honest with you. This is what we know from the word of God. And if we stop and think about it, every one of us know we're sinners. And every one of us should know we're not that good to get to heaven in our own merit. I hope every one of us could logically know that we're not that good. But according to the authority of the word of God, we absolutely know that. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life. It is by grace through faith we have been saved, not of works, lest anyone should boast.
But this world is certainly getting more and more ungodly. And when we get discouraged about that, and there's certainly times I do when we can, let's remember that this is exactly what God said would happen. We are in the last days. And this is the picture that the Bible points towards. Now, don't get discouraged to think people can't get saved because God wants to see people get saved. So, keep preaching the gospel. Keep sharing the gospel. That's what we're to do. People are getting saved. People are still getting saved. But meanwhile, there's also going to be more and more ungodliness happen. Don't get discouraged by it though.
Why More Ungodly: Turning from God
But why do you think this world is getting more and more ungodly? When I think about why I think about because this world is turning more and more from God. When the world turns from God, people get more ungodly. When you stop pursuing God, you will start to struggle in your walk with Jesus.
I think about how one thing I think about about the world turning from God. I think about how much church attendance has declined. You could look up all kinds of statistics, but I just want you to be honest and just think about it in your own life. Think about when you were a child and think about how when you were around your neighborhood or your community and you're around church and all the people you would see go to church. And now think about what you see now in your neighborhood and how many cars are just in the neighborhood on Sunday or how many cars are out going on vacation or going to the beach or whatever. One reason that this world is turning from God is they're getting out of church. When you get out of church and you're not gathering to worship and you're not gathering with the saints and you're not making the Lord's day a priority and not making worship a priority, that's one piece of starting to drift from God.
And then you look at homes, you know, in homes there's a lot that has changed in homes. There's a whole lot that's changed. And one thing that's changed is there's a lot less of praying in homes. There's a lot less of getting with the family to read the Bible in homes. And if you're not going to church and you're not getting it in the home and you're probably not getting it at school, what do we think's going to happen? What we're filling our minds with and what our kids are getting is more and more of the world and less and less of the Lord. This world is going to get more ungodly. And we see that.
And then on top of that, as Christians, sometimes the enemy can discourage us. And in this PC culture we live in, sometimes Christians think, "Well, I better not. I don't know if I should share the gospel. I might offend somebody." Now, we got to share the gospel. If we don't, who will? We've got to share the gospel. If we don't share it, who's going to share it? This world is getting more ungodly. And a big reason it's getting more and more ungodly is because the world is turning more and more from God.
Less Dedicated Christians
Something I think about with the world turning more and more from God is I think about the fact that in the world we live in there's less dedicated Christians. Do y'all know what I mean? There's a lot of people that I'll come across, I don't know if you do, and this might just be someone needs to explain the scripture to them. So, it's not necessarily a fault on them, but there's a lot of people that might say I believe it because I used to not know. I had to understand the word, but there's a lot of people that say, yeah, I believe in Jesus. But then as you start to talk to them, they believe that you can believe in any god to get to heaven. But we know that's not the way. There's only one way to heaven. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the father except through me."
And you know, when I think about less and less dedicated Christians, there's a lot of Christians also that say they believe, but they're less dedicated to their church, or they say they don't need to go to church altogether. But that's not God's plan. God's plan is for the church to gather. God's plan is for the church to worship. There's less and less dedicated Christians that are dedicated to reading the word of God. Hey, listen. We need the word of God. Y'all understand what I'm saying? We need the Bible. Hey, every day we need food, don't we? Sometimes we probably don't need so much food, but you know what I mean? Like, if we don't eat food, we will get physically weak, right? But sometimes we don't stop and think about how important it is to be spiritually given food. We know we need physical food or we will get weak. But you know what? We also need spiritual food. Do we agree? Just like we need food for nourishment to stay strong physically, we need food spiritually to stay strong.
We need to be fed with the word of God. I don't know if y'all ever seen football players after they make I don't know exactly what it means. After they make a big play, they'll do this like feed me or whatever. Maybe y'all don't see it. I don't know. But listen, we need to be fed with the word of God and we need it every day. And as Christians, sometimes we don't stop and think about the importance of that. A lot of Christians struggle to be in the word for varying reasons. Maybe it's a hard thing to read and comprehend. Hey, they also make a way to listen to the Bible. There's also ways to hear preaching. But I would tell everybody, every one of us as Christians, we need to take time daily to be in the word daily because we live in an ungodly world. The last days we're in, it is ungodly. We need to feed ourselves spiritually.
But when I think about the fact that the world is more and more ungodly, I also think about that fact that as the church, it affects us and there are less dedicated Christians. Listen, if you're here and you're a Christian and maybe you're struggling with getting more dedicated, just start with reading your Bible. Start with praying. Like when you get in the word and you start praying, God's going to get you to want to go to work for him. Okay? If you get in fellowship with God, start with worshiping Jesus and growing in your relationship with Jesus and you will get a fire in you if you're doing it. When you read the word, it encourages you. And when you read the words, God starts to work in your heart about where to serve. And hey, if you're there and you want to get more dedicated as far as serving, there's a place you can serve here. We need more people here at our church to serve. We need more people being dedicated. But start with your relationship with Jesus. Start with time with God. And then get into the body. Get into ways to serve God.
When I think about being dedicated, I think about Romans 12:1 and 2. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. How many people that say they are a Christian look like they're a living sacrifice for God? Do you look like you're a living sacrifice for God? We ought to be we ought to stand out. We're living in ungodly times. We're living with ungodliness all around us.
Takeaway: Be on Guard
So, what do we take away from this? What do we take away from the fact that we're in the last days and the world is getting more and more ungodly? Well, the first thing I think about is we are in the last days. We need to be on guard. We're in the last days. This world is getting more ungodly. We need to be on guard first for our walk with the Lord. There is all kinds of ungodliness we're around. And it can be easy to kind of just go with society if we're not in the word, if we're not in church, if we're not praying. It can be very easy to start drifting and to say, "Well, yeah, everybody else is doing this. I'll do it, too." Hey, almost everybody, you know, says this or does this, I can, too. OneLF thing we need to be on guard about is be on guard about our walk with Jesus. We need to be living our faith out. And we've got flesh. And none of us are perfect, but we've also got the Holy Spirit inside of us if we're a believer. And we got to feed the God inside of us, not the flesh. But we've got to be on guard. We need to be armored up. We are in a battle. We are in a battle. The enemy, the prince of the power of the air, is going to try to get you to be ungodly. We are in a battle. The last days, there is ungodliness everywhere. You turn on the television, you listen to whatever, watch whatever on your phone, you go out to the store, whatever it is, there are opportunities to see ungodliness every single day, all the time. We got to feed ourselves with godliness because what we see in the world is ungodly. A lot of it is. We've got to be on guard. We got to be armored up. There's a reason that God tells us to put on the armor of God. We're in a spiritual battle. We need armor. We need to be in the word. We need to be prayed up. We need to be in church. We need to be worshiping. We need to have accountability. Have people in our lives that hold us accountable. So, one thing that we need to be on guard about is not falling prey to looking like the world because it's very easy. It's very easy for anybody. A Christian should not look like a lost person if we're truly saved. We should have something different about us. And we need to be on guard for our walk, okay? Because these last days are getting more and more ungodly. And we don't want to just blend in and live ungodly because a lot of other people are.
On Guard Against False Teaching
The other thing we need to be on guard about is false teaching. If you go on to verse five and beyond, it says there's those that have a form of godliness but denying his power and from such people turn away. Part of what it's talking about is ravenous wolves. It's talking about false teachers there. It says, "For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women, loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth." Now, as Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses, so do these also resist the truth. Men of corrupt minds disapproved concerning the faith.
Paul he after he speaks about ungodliness, he speaks about how in the last days there will be false teachers. There will be people that try to lead others astray. And that example of these that have the form of godliness, they try to prey on the weak. They were trying to go into homes of people who didn't really know the word of God, who were already living in sin and try to lead them the wrong way. It uses the names Jannes and Jambres. Those are non-biblical Jewish writings about some of the Egyptian magicians who opposed Moses. And he is saying there in the last days there will be some like them that resist the truth. And there will be those that teach what they teach goes against the truth. And listen, we're still in the last days and there are still false teachers. Amen. We've got to be on guard, not just against ungodly living. We've got to be on guard against false teaching.
I heard someone saying the other day about something they saw on social media and it just wasn't it was someone that was a Christian, but it wasn't biblically right. Just because you see something on social media doesn't mean it's right. We need to be students of the word. Right before this passage we read in 2 Timothy 3, if you flip back, you'll start to read about being a student rightly dividing the word of truth. We need to be students of the word so that we recognize false teaching. If we're not in the word, how we're going to know. And by the way, false teaching, it happens in the church. It happens in big audiences. There's big big preachers with big big audience that are teaching false teaching there. We are in the last days and we've got to be on guard so we're not led astray. We got to be on guard about our walk and we've got to be on guard against false teaching.
Verse 13, "But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived." Impostors is referring to false teachers. It says they're deceiving. Satan is the father of lies. He will lie. And there are people that the enemy uses that deceive others and get them away from the truth. It's like somebody that would say, "Oh yeah, you can go to heaven if you're good." That's not true. That's false teaching. You can't get to heaven no matter how good you try to be. There's all kinds of false teaching that's out there that's dangerous. So, we've got to be on guard against that.
Stand Firm and Shine
Hey, to close up, I just want to say we are in the last days. We need to stand firm in the faith and we need to shine as lights in a dark world. We need to follow the Lord, not the world. When I think about standing firm in the faith, I think about I think it's Colossians that talks about being rooted in our faith. We need to be grounded in our faith because the world we're in, there's all kinds of ungodliness all around us. Okay? And if we're not rooted, we'll get blown around. We got to be rooted in the word. We got to stand firm in the faith.
Paul told Timothy, verse 10 is a transitional verse in this passage after he's talked about all this ungodliness. Watch what it says in verse 10. But you, talking to Timothy, but you have carefully followed my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, love, perseverance, persecutions, afflictions which happened to me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra. What persecutions I endured, and out of them all the Lord delivered me. Yes. And all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. And then in verse 13, but evil men and imposters will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. In verse 14, this is his charge to Timothy. But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the holy scriptures which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. And then those famous verses, verses 16 and 17, all scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
Paul is telling Timothy, you're in the last days. It's going to get worse. You need to continue in the faith. You need to stand firm in the faith and you need to stay rooted in the word of God so that you can stand out. And if you go to chapter four, he says, "Be ready in season and out of season." So for us, what I take away for us is that's something we need to remember that when we're surrounded by ungodliness, when we're in these last days, we're seeing the signs, we need to continue in the faith, not get discouraged. And to continue in the faith and to walk godly, we need to be in the word of God. We need to be fed in the word of God daily. If you don't have disciplines to be in the word daily, find a way to get in the word daily. We need that help in this world we're living in.
And we need to shine. We need to shine as lights in a dark world. Light shines brighter in darkness. You got an opportunity to shine for Jesus because this world is getting more dark, more ungodly. But when we shine as lights, we can shine all the brighter for Jesus. We need to be people that in the last days we keep shining the light of Jesus and keep speaking the truth of the word and keep sharing the good news of Jesus Christ.
