    WHY: Join us as we pray for the church, our community, and each other.

  • DINNER AND BIBLE STUDY - EVERY WEDNESDAY NIGHT

    WHEN: Every Wednesday at 6pm. (weather permitting)
    WHERE: Long Leaf Baptist Church Fellowship Room
    (317 Shipyard Blvd., Wilmington NC)

    WHY: Join us for dinner at 6pm, followed by our weekly bible study. We are currently tackling "Through the Bible in One Year". We read the Bible Book of the week at home and then discuss it at church (Family Feud Style) right after eating dinner together. Super Fun Time, bring the kids!

  • OUTREACH AT FIRST FRUIT MINISTRIES - SATURDAY MARCH 1ST

    WHEN: Saturday March 1st
    WHERE: First Fruit Ministries at 9:30am
    (located at 2750 Vance Street, just down the road from the church)

    WHY: Join us and the "Blackhawk Basketball League", as we head over to serve food, interact and pray with the community, and assist First Fruit during their Saturday food pantry food giveaway. Join us as we serve water, donuts, cook hotdogs and share the love of Christ!

  • FRIENDS AND FAMILY DAY - SUNDAY MARCH 2ND

    WHEN: Sunday March 2nd
    WHERE: Long Leaf Baptist Church
    (located at 317 Shipyard Blvd.,)

    WHY: We are being intentional about inviting our friends and family to church. We are asking everyone to invite as many people as you can and we will be providing a lunch right after our 11am service, so we can mingle and get to know each other.

  • HEARTS FOR HOSPICE / MEALS OF LOVE - THURSDAY MARCH 13TH

    WHEN: Thursday, be at the church with your meal(s) by 10:45am
    WHERE: Long Leaf Baptist Church
    (317 Shipyard Blvd., Wilmington NC)

    WHY: If you love to cook or love to bless others, you can join us as we look to bless families with a loved one in hospice. Feel free to prepare or purchase food to give to those going through a difficult time at "Lower Cape Fear LifeCare".

  • PRE-FILLED EGG COLLECTION - MARCH 16TH - APRIL 19TH

    WHEN: Collecting March 16th - April 19th
    WHERE: Long Leaf Baptist Church
    (317 Shipyard Blvd., Wilmington NC)

    WHY: We want to bless the kids of the community on Easter by providing an egg hunt and we'd love to have hundreds of plastic eggs pre-filled with toys and candy donated for this event. Readily available right now at Walmart! Bring them on Sunday to drop them off.
